anyone dealing with Ventoux Decouvertes

We booked a Provence transfer with Alain Lesomptier of Ventoux Decouvertes to get us from Aix to Arles back in February and paid a deposit. Since we leave for France next week for our river cruise I have been trying to confirm with him our pickup but haven't gotten any email replies. His website is accessible but I am wondering if he is still in business.

 

Wondering if anyone has had any recent contacts with him.

Just heard back from Alain with apologies. He was having email problems. Our pick up is confirmed and we are looking forward to meeting him.
