Best Beach for sunset pictures

What is the best beach to be on or the best place on the island to be when the sunsets for good pictures?

Any of you have any good ideas we will be on the Yucatan in August for a week and want to get some good sunset pictures in Coz

I have (2) favorite spots for sunset pictures. The first is at the diver sculpture which is on the waterfront. I'm sorry. I don't have the exact location.

 

My other favorite spot is at Dzul Ha.

Anywhere along the western shoreline will be beautiful. It depends on whether or not you want anything besides the sunset in the photo. Your choices range from a cruiseship to a small fishing dingy to people splashing in the water to nothing at all.

 

Just one note, there is no guarantee that the day you are in Cozumel will end with a photograph quality sunset. Sometimes those darn clouds just refuse to cooperate!

Okay...here is my fav's.

1. The northern marina - there is an area off to the right that sticks out over the water that is very pretty.

2. Along the main street, the small seawall gives a nice place to sit and watch.

3. From the water. Either on the ferry or another boat.

4. My roof! Incredible view of the entire island.

5. The old Plaza Las Glorias...sitting out on the pier with a cold beverage...nice.
