Future Cruise Certificate (FCC) worked like a charm

Just wanted to say "hats off" to CCL for the painless and smooth FCC experience. I bought this last Dec 2010 while onboard Elation, booked in Jan 2011 after the holiday crush for a Sep '11 cruise (4-day), captured a price drop in May 2011. Sent in my FCC early Jul 2011 via US Priority Mail and checked this morning to see the OBC $50 has been applied to my account. Whoo Hoo. That is called trip enhancement. Will do again while on board this Sep if program still exists. So looking forward to Dolphin Discovery this time around as the water temp will be more agreeable to my skin than a Dec sailing!!! Just love Cozumel as POC. Looking forward to some good authentic Mexican food.
