Warnemunde to Schwerin (Schwerin Castle)

We took the train to visit the Scwerine Castle on our own. It was a very relaxing day trip. See link for pictures of the castle and its garden:

Fantastic photos! Love the food, and that shot of the bike riders...amazing. How was the inside of the castle? Did you think it was worth the trip?

 

How long did it take to get there? Did you have to change trains?

We didn't visit the inside of the castle. My family prefers open spaces, especially in the summer. It takes about an hour to get there. You do have to change train once, at Rostock HbF. We enjoyed it and thought it was worthwhile.
