Hi, are there any other singles parents cruising on the ventura 30th july? Going with my 13 year old son and a bit nervous about being on my own. Have cruised many times but not as a single parent. Any tips??

I haven't gone alone or with a child, but I'd suggest you go to any/all the Travelling Alone meetings.

 

You already know most cruisers are a friendly bunch, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Hi there, i have travelled/cruised with my children for years alone now (they are 13 and 5 now).... I love it... you will meet up with people if you chat! Have never felt lonely or bored.... I really hope you enjoy your time on board... am sure there will be other single parents on board...:)
