"NEW" Gem Question-Is it a Hot Tub or a small Pool?

It's Not Listed on ANY Deck plans Anywhere, or in NCL "Gem Recatagory 4/2011 Deck Plan PDF" but EVERY photo I see of the front of the ship has what looks like a large squared Hot tub(In Az. there called "Spas") or very small pool on the bow of the ship.

 

A) Is this a "private only" space? Limited to folks on lower decks? (please tell me it adults only!!) or can PPl. from "upstairs" use it too?

 

B) From what Deck can you access this?

 

C) What are it's hours?

It's the crew pool.

 

No access for passengers.

Definitely the crew pool. Sometimes you can catch a person on the webcam. Or on the ship channel. Its rarely used, when I'm looking at the cam anyway. Should make it another guest pool :)
