Is this Adverising of a Special Offer New to Seabourn?

Seabourn launched a One Week Sale, July 25-August 1 on their web site today. Came across the following on some of the cruises offered:

Have any long term loyalists come across this before or is this a new marketing tool as a result of the new HAL management trying to drive bookings on poorly subscribed itineraries ?
