Lost and Found at Galveston Cruise Terminal?

Does anyone know how to contact anyone at the Galveston Cruise terminal? I got married on the Conquest 7-17-11. One of my family menbers was in charge of carring a large, signature photo frame off the ship for me and believes it got lost/set down in the terminal when they were dealing with a tired/fussy toddler. I am not sure who to contact or how to reach anyone? Any ideas? Thank you!
