Sitka-Larkspur Cafe, Close to where ship "floats"?

Not planning on taking a tour this time, but will walk around and have a bite of lunch. Wanted to try Two Chicks & A Kabob Stick which I had read about on CC last year but found out after a internet search they will be closed for the season.

The Larkspur Cafe is at 2 Lincoln Street in the Raven Radio Building and it overlooks the "bridge". When I look at the location on Trip Advisor's map, it looks like we should be able to easily walk from the tender area?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
