Late Night dining onboard after Victoria, BC

Does the ship offer late night dining, beside Blue Lagoon after the evening in Victoria, BC?

The ship docks at 6 PM and leaves at midnight.

If not, do they open the restaurants early?

It's the last night onboard, I always enjoy the last dinner onboard at one of the specialty restaurants (usually Le Bistro).

I don't think the specialty restaurants are open that late, but can't tell you for sure as we didn't get back to the ship until about 11:45 pm, and went straight our cabin.
