Problems entering FCC online???

I am trying to enter my fcc online and when I push the submit button nothing happens - anyone have any suggestions?

I couldn't do it on my mac (safari or google chrome) :mad:

 

my DH did it on his computer in IE ....after going under tools, then compatibility, then added carnival address...then it worked

I had problems with the browser I was using. It doesn't like IE 9 and some other browsers.

 

I would suggest trying a different computer

If you're using windows click on tools click on compatibilty view settings and check the box view all webites in compatibility view and you should be good to go.

I tried to enter ours tonight and had to call Carnival IT support - he walked me through changing the settings on my internet explorer to compatibility view and then it worked perfectly. Give the 800 number a call and they will assist you really quickly.
