SCUBA Mark Posted August 3, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2011 I am trying to enter my fcc online and when I push the submit button nothing happens - anyone have any suggestions? I had problems with the browser I was using. It doesn't like IE 9 and some other browsers. I would suggest trying a different computer

If you're using windows click on tools click on compatibilty view settings and check the box view all webites in compatibility view and you should be good to go. cjkumbaya Posted August 3, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 3, 2011 I tried to enter ours tonight and had to call Carnival IT support - he walked me through changing the settings on my internet explorer to compatibility view and then it worked perfectly. Give the 800 number a call and they will assist you really quickly.
