We're planning on purchasing the Platinum 12 bottle wine package for our upcoming 14 night TA. The cost if we pre-order online is $345 inclusive of gratuity. However, we have a sizable OBC, so I'd prefer to wait until we board. Is the price the same if we wait and purchase onboard.

The price in the US has always been the same on board or pre-cruise. However, I've read some people report that certain European ports impose a VAT tax on purchases, so if you are embarking from a European port, it would be best to check with the appropriate Ports of Call board to determine local policies with regard to taxes.
