The 1s and 2s are on different decks. The A, B or C depends on the position. All of the cabins are the same size, but some have a bigger balcony (mostly those on the hump).

 

The C1, C2 and C3 will be Concierge Class, that has extra amenities and gives double Captains Club points.

Is there any need for me to collect double points as we are Diamond Plus on Royal and therefore Elite on Celebrity?

First cabin off the hump has the largest balcony. Look for a 1A first off the hump if you like a large balcony. 9237 is an example
