the Alcoves question for those who have seen them

My wife and I loved the lawn club on our last solstice cruise and were looking forward to using it again on next years Silhouette trip. My question is how much do the new alcoves encroach on the public lawn area. If you get more than a few people up there playing lawn games not having those side areas is significant.

 

it seems like these days the lines are always finding ways to close off public areas for fee.

I was going to get one of these..but then I saw real photos of them, and there were people sitting on blankets right in front of you, AND I saw people in back of you along railing side. I just don't get the idea of having this now.
