Dreamakermom Posted August 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I will be going on the 14 day Alaskan Cruise. I do not do much yoga, however pklan to keep what little I do, up. I think being able to look out the balcony and/or do it on the balcony would be just incredible. My question is, that since I will bringing more stuff than I will probably need anyway, does the cruise ship provide a yoga mat for me to borrow in my room? Does anybody know? I would prefer doing yoga in private than with a group (I am SO not a yoga pro) :o. Any insight... thank you!!!!
tangerinebunny Posted August 13, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I've done the HAL Yoga classes and lots of the participants are trying Yoga for the very first time. So fitting in won't be a problem should you decide to try. Non-spa rooms don't have Yoga mats, but you could fold one of the extra blankets and use that. Or try Yoga socks or the specially designed Yoga footies for travel. I usually just do standing/sitting poses when we travel. Have a great trip. Krazy Kruizers Posted August 13, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Sorry but you won't be able to take the yoga mats out of the gym.
