Moderno Churrascaria Gluten Free?

We've sailed on NCL gluten free before, but we've never inquired about the possibility of eating gluten free at Moderno Churrascaria. We are planning an upcoming trip on the Sun and are looking at our dining options. Has anyone been able to eat gluten free at Moderno Churrascaria? On the NCl website it has a menu sample for the restaurant and mentions food allergies, but I was wondering if anyone has had experience dining there.

I would think that since the menu is basically meat and salad bar that it would be easy to avoid gluten. Maybe some desserts and some salad dressings could contain gluten and you can certainly notify your server of your issues.

 

The allergy warning appears to be generic across all restaurants/menus/ships and nothing special about this restaurant.

We didn't dine at Moderno when we were on Epic but we're looking forward to trying it on the Sun. We've dined at a Churrascaria on land and was hoping the experience would be similar...sounds like it is. :)
