Holiday Inn, Doubletree, or Courtyard Marriot

I need help!!! We are doing an Alaska cruise and want to spend a couple nights in Seattle before the cruise and 1 night after. Mainly want to do the Space Needle and Pikes Market. I've got it down to 3 choices for hotels. Holiday Inn Express, a couple blocks from the neddle, The Arctic Club Doubletree, or The Marriot Courtyard by Pioneer Square. I want to be by the Light rail because I want to take it from the airport. Walking is not a problem. I'm traveling with my husband and 14 year old son. I'm also taking the cruise out of Vancouver and taking Amtrak up. Not to big of an issue because I can always take a taxi to the train station. Thanks for all of your help!
