Price Reduction question

Good morning,

 

For the very first time, I found a price reduction on my next cruise. Woo Hoo! I'm not sure though how this all works. I still have a small balance left on it, so do I get a credit on that, or do I have to pick either an OBC or upgrade when filling out the ES form.

Before you've made final payment, you get a credit against what is due...after final payment, you get OBC.
