Need Information Re: MBNA NCL Credit Card

I just noticed the post about the MBNA NCL Credit Card. Please clue me in as to where you are finding this information. I went to the MBNA Bank website, but only find a card for RCI and also various travel rewards cards. Is this a specific card that provides you with points toward NCL? Where can I apply? Thanks so much.
