How much was typical lunch cost?

While I am not well versed on prices....

Tabyana is part of West Bay Beach, anything you find about West Bay will apply. There are plenty of places to eat BUT everything on West Bay Beach is more expensive and most of the food is Americanized.

If I were going out with a local tour guide I would ask him to take me to his favorite lunch spot. :)

We ate at Celeste's at West Bay Lodge. It was really good. I had the baleada with the fish, mom had shrimp and our Bodden tour guide ordered the pork...I paid for his lunch too since he was so terrific. I don't have my travel book with me but I spent less than $40 for our food, drinks and tip. We would definitely eat here again. Our tour guide told us this is the baleada on the island and I have to agree with him.
