snorkeling in Ocho Rios

Hi, we will be in Ocho Rios in Feb. and i'm wondering what the best place to do the beach day/snorkel right off the beach?

failing that i would consider a sonrkeling tour, but something that my spouse may come as observer as she does not snorkel.
