Where and when...

Where and when should I suggest a get together for all of the great people who I have met here on this board? At the Lions Pub? Somewhere outside to watch the sail away? Does anyone here have a great suggestions or story to tell about how they hooked up with other CC's.

Thanks,

Elly

We have sailed twice. My experience has been that it is best to schedule a Cruise Critic get together on the first sea day (usually the second day on the ship) at either 11 AM or 2 PM. Our groups have met in the Veuve Clicqout Champagne Bar on deck 3. That is a small area and it is easy to find each other. Other groups have met in the Commodore Club on Deck 9. That is also a small area. There are many activities in the Golden Lion Pub so it would be difficult to get together there. The Chart Room is another area where groups have met.

Some groups have additional unofficial get togethers for drinks in the evening or at tea in the Queens Room on days at sea. At your first get together you can decide on times for later get togethers. Enjoy your cruise. Wish I were joining you.
