Looking to do this on our three night on the Inspiration in Feb. It will be my DH's and mine anniversary and I am hoping it is offered on that day. It should be the formal night on the cruise so hoping I can manage to book it. I don't drink either and I am a picky eater, don't like to try new things. but have not heard a bad review yet about the Chef's Table so I think I will surprise him with this too. The cruise is currently a surprise as well. I don't plan to tell him until mid-morning that we debark!
