Will be in Dominica on 10th anniversary... what is something ultra special to do?

My husband and I are going to be in Dominica for the 1st time in Nov. We will be there Thanksgiving Day and this will be the day of our 10th wedding anniversary so we really want something super special.

 

Any recommendations on what to do? We aren't into snorkelling/ scuba but everything else goes.
