BigZfan Posted October 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2011 I read somewhere on CC that the staterooms in the 6000's get some of the best service because this is where the larger suites are located. I also read that they are quieter because there are staterooms above and below. Does anyone have any other information or opinions on this particular room -- Spirit 6231? Such as is there a small refrigerator, or should we bring a small collapsible cooler? Is it too noisy because of the elevators, or much more convenient? cruiserguy11 Posted October 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Our favorite cabin is across the ship on the port side. 6194. It's close to the glass elevators which we like in order to quickly go up or down, it IS quiet as you surmised, dunno about getting better service as we've never had bad service so can't answer that. And the biggy reason we like it is it's in the middle of the ship. I have bad feet so try to walk as little as possible. Yep, has a fridge...not a true fridge but it will make whatever you put into it cold. I don't think you'll be disappointed with it.
lyttleone1977 Posted October 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 23, 2011 We were in a different room but same class last year. You should have a fridge because we did. We're sailing her again next year, deck 6, but we have one of the extended balconies - the long ones!
