Looking for the Best "Swim With the Dolphins" Experience

I'm taking the family on an Eastern Caribbean NCL cruise next spring and my eldest daughter's one request is to swim with the dolphins. Our ports of call include Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Great Stirrup Cay. My girls will be 7 and 9 when we cruise so I am looking for a memorable and positive experience that allows those ages to participate.

 

Can anyone share their experiences and recommendations of the best options? Thank you!
