Springhill Suites FLL

I just booked the Springhill Suites near FLL. Has anyone ever stayed there and if so how was it? Are there any restaurants within safe walking distance? Also need transfer from hotel to POM, any ideas?

We stayed there and thought it was a very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

 

We did walk to a nice restaurant for dinner.

Can't remember the name of it but it was in kind of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants. Ask the hotel desk clerk - they were very helpful !!

Did you use the hotel shuttle to and from the port? How was the pick up at the hotel and pick up at the port. Cost$ or free?

I got Springhill for my March 2012 cruise. It gets good reviews on trip advisor. The shuttle service is free and the comments are mostly positive. I hope it's as good as the reviews. I did get a really good deal on LMT so even if it's not spectacular, it will probably be worth what we paid.
