An update on Ms. Horn. I decided to file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and received a prompt response from the Director of Professional Training. This complaint will remain in her file and her services will be monitored.

 

The second review on credit card overcharging was removed by Trip-advisor due to another allegation which was inappropriate.
