Coffee and tea

Sorry I can't answer specific for Epic to tell you which locations. But there would be from one of the venues on the ship. Here are my thoughts from experiences with other ships on NCL.

The water would just be tap water anyway, so that would be available anywhere on the ship, even the bars.

There are 2 buffets so they probably cross over in hours, so when one is not open the other is, for coffee and tea. And the buffets usually have a water dispenser that is always available any time of day on the other ships.

Also O'Sheehans is a 24 hour eatery so I would assume they would also have it available all day.

I was able to get coffee from most of the bars on my cruise, sorry I never tried for tea, so can't answer that one.
