Cruise Photo CD Purchased on ship

We just returned back on Sunday 11/20/2011 from our Freedom of the Seas cruise. We purchased the 10 photo package which comes on a CD that you install on your computer and then, I guess, you can unlock (we selected 10 photos) the 10 photos that you want. No matter what I do it keeps telling me that I cannot unlock any photos. For $150.00 I'm getting a little aggrevated. I have had 3 e-mails to the support team and they keep telling me that I'm answering the question wrong. I'm not. The only thing I can figure is that when it asks you if you have the right to unlock photos and I say yes, and then it asks you your name, maybe there is something wrong there. I have installed and uninstalled this 4 times and it just doesn't work. Has anyone had any experience with this.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
