Are more spa times available once we board?

Hi guys - We're sailing on our first HAL cruise in a couple weeks and the spa appointment times currently available online are really limited. Does HAL hold back appointments for onboard booking? If I don't book now, will I risk not getting an appointment at all? I'd prefer to wait and book onboard if I'll have better appointment times, but I don't want to end up with nothing.
