You need to sign up at any one of the computers on board by swiping your SeaPass Card and establishing a user name and ID . Once that is done you can then log on to your iPad/computer and sign in. Internet is 65 cents a minute or you can purchase a package listed below.

Pre-Paid Internet Packages:

$ 35 = 60 minutes or 58 cents a minute

$ 55 = 100 minutes or 55 cents a minute

$ 75 = 150 minutes or 50 cents a minute

$100 = 250 minutes or 40 cents a minute

$150 = 500 minutes or 30 cents a minute

I cannot/ do not attempt to connect to 3G while at sea. there are no local cellular towers to give you free 3G- the ship has cellular at sea service instead. Or wifi, but you seem to know about that.

I turn off international data roaming to prevent unknowingly hooking up to an extensive tower.

check your plan before you leave. Maybe you have an international option. You may also find that US affiliates such as San Jaun and US Virgin islands are included in your US plan. If so, use your 3G in those ports (on deck or land).
