NJ-Q for past Cruisers on Dawn from New Jersey about Docs

I have been reading so much on doc's to get on the ship. Even called NCL. They told me to call INS. I did and a 40 minute wait to speak with someone. Ok My question. I have a birt cert from the city I was born in (with raised seal) and also a Ocean County NJ Photo ID card issued here. Is that ok to embark?

By the way, make sure the ship is clean and running when you get off as I am getting on same day you get off.
