Car Rental Return Port Canaveral

So we are planning on renting a car in Orlando and then driving to Port C. Where will I return the rental car and will I need to take a taxi to our hotel, say the Radisson? How much for that taxi ride if it is necessary? Thanks for the help:)

Depends on who you are renting from. Hertz is the closest to the port, and also has a couple hotels right there - Residence Inn, and Country Inn & Suites. The Radisson is just over a quarter mile down the road from there as well. Budget is about the same distance past the Radisson.

Almost all of the car rental companies in PC/Cocoa Beach have free shuttles that will take you to your hotel or to the cruise terminal after you drop your car off. Also they will pick you up when you return from your cruise if you are renting to get back to Orlando/MCO.

We are flying into Orlando on Friday, renting a car from Avis and driving to Port Canaveral (staying at the Radisson). We will be staying there for a couple days pre cruise and on Sunday returning car to Avis and they will deliver us to the Port. Haven't figured out what we are doing post cruise to return to Orlando yet.:rolleyes:

Just do the same in reverse. You can make your return car reservation while dropping off the first car before going to the ship.:)
