Radiance Deck 7 Balcony vs Deck 4 OV Help Please!

Should I pay the $200 for a balcony on Deck 7 (I have heard the lifeboat covers are very visible) or stick with the large oceanview on deck 4? Its only 5 nights

 

I love my balconies, but the price increases dramatically to go above deck 7 or on the hump. So our choices are balcony with lifeboat cover view or regular oceanview?

 

Input? I have 7090 on hold.
