Might want to wait an hour or so to let the excursion folks go first.

If I remember right, there are two tenders and they are constantly going back and forth all day.

Return about an hour or so before the posted return time and you'll be fine.

Tenders hold about 100 passengers.

Don't know about the birds other than the dozens of wild chickens running around the BBQ eating area.
