Norwegian Star Bier Garden & Endless Summer

We will be doing a Norwegian Star cruise next month, so I need a few current answers.

Does the Bier Garden serve just beer? Or do they serve any food? If the serve food is it complimentary? Quality?:confused:

In Endless Summer there is a cover charge of $10 for dinner. But I have heard that at the Endless Summer bar, they have complimentaty tapas when you order a drink. Is that still true? The Norwegian brochure isn't clear and easily understood.
