Atlantis day pass

Does anyone know what's the best way to see Atlantis in Nassau. I've heard that somedays they are booked up and don't sell any more day passes. Is there any tour operators who provide transportation from pier and back and have the day passes.

Thanks

No transportation except your own cab ($5), but you can book a day pass with Majestic Tours bahamas and pick it up on the premises at Atlantis.

Day passes are $120pp/ $80 for kids.

Check their cancellation policy before committing.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to Atlantis in mid November. Do you think I will be ok to take a taxi to Atlantis and buy the day pass at the resort. We aren't interested in the pools or watersides. Just want to check out the rest of Atlantis.

You can take a cab for $5 pp.. but there's not much to check out without some type of pass. The Marina Village (which is located outside of the Resort), and the Casino /Shoppes are the only areas that non-guests are allowed.

You are no longer allowed to wander the lobbies and view the grounds from the verandas. Security is at the doors as you enter.

There are no day passes to just check out the atlantis.

You can buy a beach pass for $80 or an aquarium pass at $40pp.

Beach pass allows you on the grounds, but not near the pools or waterpark.

Digs pass doesnt not allow you on the grounds, pools or waterpark. Just the aquarium tour and predators lagoon.

Hi Scuba Girl....we will have 11 in Nassau on Feb. 20. We want to do the waterpark at Atlantis but are concerned the water may be too cold. I would hate to spend that kind of money and not be able to enjoy it. What is the average water temp at the waterpark in February?

Thanks!!

Average is 70.. a bit chilly. Depending on the whether, any breeze would make it every colder.

Weather has been crazy again this year.. hard to tell what the next few weeks will bring.

A couple of pools are heated, but not all.. and not the slides.

We are wanting to visit Atlantis and just take some pictures of the outside of the hotel and say we have been there. Is there a pass for that? We don't mind going to the aquarium if that means we can take some pictures ouside the hotel.

You mean outside on the grounds.. or outside of the lobby entrance.

You can take pictures of the entrance, the Kings Chair and other lobby trinkets for free.

There is no Day pass for you to just roam around the grounds.

DIGS pass is for the aquarium and predator lagoon ONLY.. not access to the gardens, exhibits etc.

Some ships tours include a small part of the exterior as a guided tour. Check your ships description.

Scubagirl, I'm thinking about going March 13. Do you think it will be warm enough in March to enjoy Atlantis waterpark/slides? Also do you think Atlantis will be crowded that week?

Thinks start to warm up starting the first week of march.. but you'll still find it chilly.

You're date is smack in the middle of Spring break. Crowded? Yes. Long lines, Yes. It's spring break.. expect no less.

I went last year 3/18/11 and the weather was actually 84 degrees and it wasn't crowed we had a ball. Matter of fact from the time we left Miami we had nothing but HEAT!!! and I loved it. I can say about 5 years ago it was breezy in March but we had a ball. Im looking for the HEAT when I go in April 2012.
