Weekly Rental in San Juan Dec 2012

We are cruising on Victory Dec 2-9th then want to stay the following week and see some of the country. We don't really want to pay hotel rates and stay in just a hotel (there are 2 couples) and are looking for a condo or timeshare to rent for a week. Can anyone recommend anything relatively close to San Juan, Rio Grande area with a kitchen 2-3 bedrooms, pool, and near or at the beach.
