Ghost Posted February 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2012 We're cruising on the Crown Princess March 3rd. We have private tours booked at all 4 ports (Grand Caymen, Roatan, Belize & Cozumel) and all include snorkeling. We know we have to use biodegradable sunscreen to help protect the reefs, which we have no problem with at all. I checked out the Caribbean Ports board regarding this topic but while the answers about what brands are acceptable are many, they are VERY confusing. I just have one specific brand question - is Kiss My Face SPF18 biodegradable and therefore an aaceptable choice? Can anyone help me with a simple yes or no answer - THANK YOU! tulsacubfan Posted February 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2012 According to their website, it is biodegradable. Best bet though is if it says it on the bottle (I can't tell if it does or not from the website). http://www.kissmyface.com/product/item/

erinmarie424 Posted February 6, 2012 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2012 We have used Kiss My Face in Roatan and Cozumel. It is biodegradable. We are very fair and the SPF 30 works very well for us. We prefer the kind in the orange tube, it is not as runny as the kind in the white tube.
