BTB in September on Ecstasy - Excursion Suggestions?

My wife and I are doing our 2nd (and 3rd) cruise in September on the Ecstasy. We're also getting balconies on both legs! Very excited. Anyhow, we have budgeted about $1000 for excursions and discretionary spending. Our last cruise was on the Triumph from New Orleans and we swam with the dolphins and went to the Playa Maya Beach Break in Cozumel and looked at the ruins in Belize (we missed the Roatan port).

 

So we're doing 5 days then 4 days, hitting Nassau, Freeport and Half Moon Cay. On the 4 day, it skips Freeport. We are really looking for a more low-key vacation this time around so we do plan on spending some days just lounging on the beach. I would be interested in some snorkeling and light shopping but other than that, no major desires or needs or plans yet.

 

Long story short, I'm hoping you kind folks might have some good ideas and suggestions for our destinations, keeping in mind that we're going to get 2 days at most of them!

We snorkled in Freeport as we're not into just wandering shops. We went with Paradise Cove (Deadmans Reef) and had a marvelous time. They picked us up at the ship and asked when we had to be back on board. They had snorkeling, food, drinks,great beach umbrellas and etc. Transportation and snorkel equipment were included in the price.

We cruise ecstacy on September 20th. I think we may try the booze cruise n snorkel in Nassau. I think its about $60 per person.
