Beach near Black Pearl Skatepark?

We are going with another couple on our cruise, and while on our stop in Grand Cayman, the guys (both skateboarders) want to go to the skatepark. Us girls may watch for a bit, but want to go to a beach otherwise. What beach would you recommend from the skatepark? How do you suggest we get there...taxi, bus, etc?
