Dawn 2 Bedrrom Family Suite Butler and Concierge

This will be our first experience with the suite life. Does the butler for the 2 bedroom Family suites on 11 take care of all of the 2bedrroms? Does anyone know who our Butler and Concierge will be for March 29, 2012 sailing?

There are multiple butlers. They each have several cabins to attend to of various suite levels.

Sorry. Sail date is actually March 28, 2012.

Each butler has his/her own deck. So, your butler will also take care of the other 2-bedroom Penthouses on Deck 11. And, yes, he/she will take care of everyone in your suite. We LOVED all the butlers we've had. But,one of our favorites is Ravi (on the Jewel now). We still keep in touch with him on Facebook. We'll get to see him in April... can't wait!!!
