1. Where is the best place to rent bicycles? My sister and I don't want to do a "tour" on Cozumel like we are in other places. Is a bicycle the recommended way of getting around or should we just hire a taxi?

 

2. We want to parasail while we are in Cozumel. Recommended places to do this?

I would definately taxi.

 

A few of the beach clubs offer parasailing, I know I see them out whenever Im diving.

Playa Palancar offered parasailing when we were there in May 2011 because we watched them while we were on the beach. IDK about the cycling.
