Quasar1011 Posted March 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2012 For those of you with Netflix, they have some historical documentaries on the Panama Canal that you can stream straight to your PC. I watched one of them over the weekend. It was produced by the History Channel, and has movie footage from the construction era. It also ends in the modern era, and has footage of the canal from the air. There are other documentaries on the Canal as well, that I didn't have time to watch. AKman2495 Posted March 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2012 I found the History Channel one on the History Channel site. I watched it after reading "The path between the seas". It was great seeing some of the things the author was talking about, like the dirt trains, in operation.
