Balloon Ride in Fairbanks and Excursion in Juneau

Will arrive in Fairbanks June 23, 2012 with RCI cruisetour #11. Found a private excursion Midnight Sun Balloon Tours. 1 Good and 1 Bad review. Anyone here have info about the trip and the operator?

 

Also I've engaged -Photo Safari by Land and Sea , in Juneau. How difficult is the hike -3/4 mile ? [ I'm walking now to build up strength ] Also is it risky to schedule it if it goes rain or shine ? Any info on tour or guides? I've only read good reviews !
