Canary Islands, Easter weekend

We will be visiting Tenerife on Easter Saturday and Lanzerote on Easter Sunday and I'm wondering whether this will affect whats available to see and do on these days? Can anyone advise please?

Was in Gran Canaria last Sunday and there was very little open regarding stores. I can only imagine that even less will be open if it is Easter. The HOHO buses were running however, and there were plenty of bars/eateries open. If in doubt try to email the excursions page of RCI online. They were able to give me lots of local info.
