The Westin Rio Mar beach resort, Puerto Rico

Just wondering, did anyone ever stay at this hotel? They are running a summer special. We are on the AOS 7/24, and would like a post cruise stay in Puerto Rico. Doe anyone know if this is a long cab ride from the port terminal? From what I understand it is by the Rain Forest.

I was told it was a 35 minute ride to the port. We are sailing on AOS in August and are staying at the Westin Rio Del Mar. I haven't been to this hotel but my sister who travels with us has. She was there recently for a golf tournament and loved it!

We stayed in December.

It was bit longer drive than 35 minutes., but you can make arrangements with the hotel to pick you up from the airport and later to the pier. The vans are very comfortable and the charge will be applied to your room. It is a very nice resort we enjoyed it.
