Embark/Disembark in NOLA questions

We are set to sail on the Conquest this Sunday (3/25/12) from NOLA. How early should we arrive at port to get on the ship? Our return flight at the end of the cruise takes off at noon. How does self disembaration work? Would this be a good option with a 12:00 flight? Are we OK to just go through the regular disembarkation with the 12:00 flight? The NCAA Final 4 will be in NOLA the same weekend so the airport may be crowded.

We head to the port between 10:30 & 11, we like to get on board early & start the party. For debarkation, you shouldn't have any trouble with that flight unless there are unforeseen delays. We usually do self-debark (take our own luggage off the ship) & grab a taxi, found this to be the quickest & easiest.

P.S. LOVED sailing out of NOLA!!!!! Have fun!
