CapeCodMama1976 Posted October 13, 2012 #177 Share Posted October 13, 2012 On the Splash Academy FAQ page: "Although our new age groups begin at three years old, we will still allow two years olds into our program until 12/31/12." So those who booked a cruise this year can still utilize it... so glad that I happened to book for Aug 2013 and that is one month after our youngest turns 3. WHEW! crusinmama06 Posted October 14, 2012 #178 Share Posted October 14, 2012 Lol - so it took NCL 8 months to add that line to their web site? I don't know why they are so slow to update the family info - they are so quick to respond to everything else. :(
mobster75 Posted February 7, 2013 #179 Share Posted February 7, 2013 Slightly old thread but I wanted to add that on the Star last week, they had conflicting literature that had us slightly confused until we clarified with one of the counselors directly. The Guppies schedule we were given said "2-5 years" On the cover but "3-5 years" on the inside schedule. On the landing by the stairs and elevator outside the Kids Club was a big "Under 2 Zoo" sign on an easel We assumed they were trying to use up the last of their existing paper stock and materials (although, you'd think they'd have new signage by now?) We're a little bummed because we had been hoping our youngest could join in next Feb '14 when she turned two. Her older sister was 2.5 when she first tried Kids Club (now 4) and LOVED it. Ah well, we'll have to wait a year longer to reclaim our cruising date nights :)
